Writing Groups

Writing groups are a good idea for the improvement of the community aspect of these blogs. Its not really plausible to get everyone, if anyone to make a constructive comment on other's blogs. I wasn't expecting to get to many other comments(about my writing, not criticisms of my final scores), and I didn't have much desire to comment on others with all due respect. In reality this idea of judging each others writing prowess is forced commenting, but a smart one, it would be nice to get other peoples reactions to my writing, and I enjoy helping others with this.

However, when I'm in groups a couple different things could happen, one things can get done, but when that doesn't happen its annoying for me. The reason for, especially in this circumstance is no one feels like its dependent on our grades, and grading based on how much is put into opinionated conversations isn't wise. This might help someone like me who wants to make my blog look more professional (I have a long way to go). The three set rules are foolproof, but I do believe the groups should be random, but change every two weeks rather than every month, so those who are always not paying attention anyway aren't potentially sucked into the group just because the group needs another person, it would be positively unpredictable, giving more and more unique views and experiences. In other respects, I feel like I have a greater sense of what I'm talking about, its ussually when Im in conversation I develop better opinions.
